Kabalah Yoga & Sound Healing

As we enter the Aseret Yemei Teshuva, the ten days in between Rosh Hashanah & Yom Kippur, we move our intentions towards TeshuvAH: returning, and renewal for the new year. We return to the essence, while renewing for the now.

Join us for an intentional, embodied experience integrating Kabalah Yoga, breath awareness, and sound healing as we journey through the sacred shapes of the Hebrew Letters. We’ll begin the evening with intention setting and a guided sound meditation, flow into a Kabalah Yoga session, travel into a Nidra Savasana, and relax with a sound bath. We’ll end the evening with a sharing circle. This is your time to return to body, soul and heart, aligning through movement, breath and sound.
